About Me

I'm newly retired, just became a certified Master Gardener. I'm enjoying working with the NC Horse Council as the Western Trails Committee Chairman. My hubby Frank & I live in Green Hill, in Rutherford Cty NC with our 3 dogs, 3 cats, 3 horses, 9 chickens & a couple of hundred thousand honey bees. We enjoy working on the farm & gardening, and working in the Forest, keeping multi-use trails open, riding our horses with our wonderful friends. We are truly blessed!

About Me

Tom Thomas, I am a Retired Principal and now acting as Volunteer Liason for all the volunteer trail crews working in Pisgah National Forest, Trail Boss for the Pisgah Trailblazers, Board member of Gorges State Park Advisor Committee, Member of Back Country Horseman of America,  Board member of NC Horse Council and a believer that the best way to see God's country is from the top of a Tenn. Walking Horse.

I have had the pleasure of working with and riding with Dale and Jan for the past 5 plus years.  We rode, packed, worked and camped in Pisgah National Forest, Shining Rock Wilderness, and the Great Smokey Mountains National Park.  My thoughts on Dale and Jan, you would have to look long and hard to find better folks.
